Mount Pleasant is a mature northern suburb of large family homes, well-kept gardens and quiet crescents, closely associated with the University of Zimbabwe on its southern edge. Housing ranges from older houses on half-acre stands to newer cluster complexes built on subdivisions, giving a wider price range than Borrowdale.
