Acceptable listings policy

Required

• A real property that is genuinely available at the advertised price.
• Accurate purpose (for sale or to rent), price, currency and rental period.
• Correct city and suburb, and an honest description of size and condition.
• Photographs of that property, taken or licensed by you and reasonably current.
• Working contact details reaching a person able to deal with the property.
• Reconfirmation of availability at least every 30 days.

Not allowed

• Properties you neither own nor hold a written mandate for.
• Bait pricing, or prices that omit compulsory costs.
• Duplicate entries for the same property, including across team members.
• Stock, borrowed or misleading photographs, or images of a different property.
• Requests for deposits to secure a viewing, or for payment to unverified wallets.
• Discriminatory wording, adult content, illegal use, or claims of ownership, registration or affiliation that are untrue.
• Contact details or links inserted to move enquiries off-platform before contact.

Enforcement

Moderators may approve, request changes, reject or pause a listing. High-risk reports , suspected fraud or disputed ownership, pause the listing immediately pending review. Repeated breaches can lead to suspension of the account without refund of the affected advertising.
