What our badges mean
- Verified advertiser, we checked identity and contact details of the person or business advertising. It is not proof that they own or are mandated to sell the property.
- Current listing, the advertiser confirmed availability within the last 30 days. Unconfirmed listings expire automatically.
- Sponsored, the advertiser paid for extra visibility. Sponsored placement never changes the facts shown in a listing.
Before you pay anyone
- View the property in person and meet the advertiser at the property.
- Ask a registered legal practitioner to confirm title and any encumbrances.
- Never send a deposit to secure a viewing or to an unverified mobile wallet.
- Be cautious with prices well below the local market.
Reporting a listing
You can report suspected fraud, an unavailable property, a duplicate, a misleading price, inappropriate content or wrong contact details. High-risk reports pause the listing immediately while our team reviews it.
