What we do
ADDRESS263 is an advertising platform. Agencies, agents and private advertisers pay to advertise property; buyers and tenants search, compare and contact them for free. We do not act as an estate agent, valuer, lawyer or escrow provider, and we never hold deposits or purchase funds.
Why we exist
Property searching in Zimbabwe is fragmented across social media groups and word of mouth, which makes it hard to compare properties and hard to tell who you are dealing with, particularly for Zimbabweans abroad. We combine structured search, area guides and advertiser checks so that people can make better-informed decisions before they travel, pay a deposit or sign anything.
How we make money
Advertisers pay for listing packages and agency subscriptions. Paid placement is always labelled as sponsored and never changes the facts shown in a listing or the checks we have carried out.
